Product Overview

The torque arm or dogbone mounting on MQB vehicles plays a crucial role in managing the forward and aft twisting motion of the engine and drivetrain. The original design of the torque arm is inherently soft, incorporating high-compliance rubber bushings that prioritize comfort over responsiveness or tactile feedback. In contrast, Whiteline's torque arm is engineered to withstand the demands of high-torque, high-power engines by minimizing the movement the engine and drivetrain will place upon the pitch stop. By utilizing low-compliance bushing technology, Whiteline eliminates the excess play, twisting, and shudder common in OEM rubber bushings. This results in a more direct, responsive power delivery, providing a quicker and more precise feel when transitioning on and off the throttle. Backed by a 3 year warranty.
