Returns

Upon receiving the delivery, the Customer is responsible for promptly inspecting the goods and promptly notifying us of any defects or issues discovered. Should any defects be detected and reported in a timely manner, we may, at our discretion, replace the faulty parts.

If goods are returned within 14 days of their receipt, the Customer is eligible for a full refund, provided the goods remain in unused condition and are returned in their original packaging. We retain the right to impose a re-stocking fee for correctly supplied parts returned after the initial 14-day period has passed. The return package must include the reason for the return and an invoice number.
